EU Entry Portal is a private, independent assistance service for travelers preparing ETIAS applications. We are not affiliated with the European Union, Frontex, eu-LISA, or any government authority. We don't issue, approve, or guarantee travel authorizations — that's the EU's job. Ours is to make the process smooth and stress-free.

Double-check every detail you enter matches your passport exactly — name spelling, date of birth, passport number. A single mismatch is the #1 cause of application delays and we'd love for you to skip the drama. 🛂
Your side of the deal
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Everything must match your passport and be truthful. Don't guess, don't round up, don't leave things blank and hope for the best — accurate info is what gets you approved.
Fees — the honest breakdown
Our service fees and any related government fees are clearly presented inside the application flow before you commit. Online payment is temporarily unavailable — we'll let you know the moment it's back up. No surprise charges, ever.

Our service fee and the official ETIAS authorization fee are two separate things. Our fee is for our team's time, review, and support. The EU fee is their processing charge. Know the difference so there are no surprises. ⚡
Limits on our liability
To the maximum extent allowed, EU Entry Portal is not responsible for outcomes determined by the relevant European authority — including processing timelines, approval, or refusal decisions. We do everything we can to set your application up for success, but the final call isn't ours to make.
