Refund Policy 💡

How service fees and refunds work — no bureaucratic runaround, just the facts.

TL;DR ⚡

Our service fee may be refundable if we haven't started working your application yet or if there's a duplicate charge. The official ETIAS authorization fee (EU's charge) is never refundable by us — that's between you and them. Email us with your situation and we'll look at it honestly, case by case.

Two fees, two very different rules 📍

EU Entry Portal charges a service fee for the guided assistance, review, and support our team provides. This is completely separate from any government fee that applies to ETIAS itself. Government fees are non-refundable by us under any circumstances — those go directly to the relevant European authority, not to our team.

💡 PRO-TIP

If you think you were charged twice or something looks off, email us right away — the sooner you reach out, the faster we can sort it. We're not here to hold onto money you shouldn't have paid. ✅

When our service fee can be refunded

Our service fee may be considered for a refund when our team hasn't yet started working on your application, when a duplicate charge has occurred, or in other specific situations described below. We review every request honestly and promptly.

How to request a refund ✈️

Drop us an email. Include the email address you used during the application and a short description of what happened. Our team will review it and get back to you within 24 hours. Skip the wait — the faster you reach out, the faster we move.

Situations where we can't refund

  • Government fees passed through to the relevant European authority.
  • Applications that have already been prepared, reviewed, or submitted by our team.
  • Outcomes — approvals, refusals, or processing times — determined by the European authority.
  • Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the traveler.

⚡ INSIDER HACK

The single biggest refund-prevention move? Double-check your info before submitting. Once our team has reviewed and submitted your application, our work is done and the fee covers that. Accuracy upfront = no awkward conversations later. 🌍

How approved refunds are processed

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long it takes to show up on your statement depends on your bank or card provider — typically a few business days. We issue them as soon as the decision is made on our end.

No blanket guarantees

We don't promise full refunds in every situation — that wouldn't be honest. But we do promise to review every request fairly, explain our decision clearly, and never dodge a legitimate claim. Our reputation with fellow travelers matters more than holding onto a fee we shouldn't keep.

One more thing

We are a private third-party service providing assistance with ETIAS applications. We are not affiliated with the European Union or any government authority.
